Tom Ainsworth, Chief Executive Officer

Devoted family man, cycling tragic, sports lover, voracious reader; Tom’s passions are almost as long as the list of countries he’s visited as a keen traveller - 50 and counting. A dynamic and results-driven leader, he has more than 14 years experience successfully leading teams in Silicon Valley and Australia. Tom is the former CEO at eg+, a globally-connected design, digital and content production business. He was also previously Chief Sales Officer for Domain Group, SVP Sales and Marketing of Realtor.com and Director of Sales at REA Group.

Andrew Ranger, Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer 

An avid skier, global traveller, food and technology enthusiast, Andrew sits on the board and committee of Pause Fest and the Ross Dennerstein Foundation. He served as a Director on the Board of the Australian Centre of the Moving Image (ACMI) and founded their young philanthropic arm, the ACMI Luminaries. Andrew co-founded MemoriesTM (formerly Skymorials) in 2014 to help revolutionise the way people collect the memories of their loved ones online. He was the inaugural CEO until 2020.


Imogen Griffiths, Chief Marketing Officer

A love of travel has taken Imogen all over the world, including periods spent living in Kenya, China and France. All have been great places to indulge her passions of great food, wine, and foreign languages and cultures. A devoted wife and mum to two boisterous young boys, she also enjoys snow and waterskiing. A successful and passionate marketer, Imogen has over 15 years experience across digital start-ups, including BetEasy, CrownBet, Kidspot and Seek.

Anthony Foudoulis, Chief Financial Officer

From AFL and soccer to rugby and ice hockey, Anthony is a big sport lover. Married with three children, he’s travelled extensively but enjoys life’s quiet moments too. Anthony’s career spans 20 years across a range of industries, including wagering, FMCG, consulting and pharmaceuticals. A CPA, he is the former Head of Finance at BetEasy and CFO for Ladbrokes in Australia. A dynamic and commercially-focussed leader, Anthony has also completed a CFO leadership course run by the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Glen McGoldrick, Chief Commercial Officer

An avid sports fan, Glen is a passionate supporter of his beloved Melbourne Football Club. He lives in Melbourne with his wife Nancy and three teenage children. Glen has over 20 years experience leading digital strategy and building teams across Australia, New Zealand and the UK to develop digital products that make a difference. He was also the founder and CEO of SportsTG, a leading provider of digital solutions to the sports industry, with offices all over the world.

Rachael Cairns, Chief Strategy Officer

From watching and attending sporting events to reading the latest fiction novel, Rachael’s curiosity is always driving her to try and learn new things. The latest challenge? Mastering the Japanese language. A chartered accountant with a degree in commerce and a Master in Finance, she spent five years at BetEasy (formerly CrownBet) working across commercial and strategy. Rachael was also an Equity Analyst at Irish stockbroker, Goodbody, specialising in gambling, media, and technology.


Grant Griffiths, Chairman

With six children and seven grandchildren, Grant is more than halfway to having his own family football team - a happy thought for a committed North Melbourne Football Club supporter. Elsewhere, his passions lie on the golf course and ski slope. Grant is the founder and former non-executive Director of BetEasy and CrownBet, and the founder and former Director of Sportsbet. A chartered accountant and a highly successful businessman, Grant brings a wealth of experience and interest in a wide range of ventures.

John Bongiorno, Co-Founder & Board Member

While sports mad, John’s passions start with his wife and four children. Cycling and skiing take him off the beaten track to places like Chile and Alaska. His love of footy has made him a life member of the Old Xaverians Football Club and a life-long supporter of the Collingwood Football Club. John’s commitment to others drives his philanthropic work for Koala Kids, Very Special Kids, and men’s health charity Love You, Love Me. As the Director of Marshall White, he has more than 40 years experience in the Melbourne property industry. MemoriesTM was founded from his desire to modernise and digitise the way we remember people’s lives: forever.

Mark Healy, Board Member

As a serial entrepreneur, Mark is always looking out for things to channel his innovative spirit into. He’s passionate about travel and loves exploring new places with his wife and three kids. He’s established several successful businesses across retail, technology, media and clean energy. In addition to MemoriesTM, he’s currently investing and working with Advncr; a creative production agency connecting brands with global video gaming audiences, and PUSH live; a cloud-based video production, editing and distribution platform for live streaming and instant social and content management.

Matt Tripp, Board Member

Regarded as one of the pioneers of the Australian online wagering industry, Matt is naturally a sports and racing enthusiast and can often be spotted at the racetrack or watching his beloved Melbourne Storm. The father of two children and a lover of good food, he is part-owner of renowned Melbourne restaurants Coda and Tonka. As the founder and former CEO of Sportsbet, founder and former CEO of CrownBet, and founder, former CEO and current President of BetEasy, Matt has established some of the biggest players in the game.
